The property was originally part of a large sheep station and more recently was used for sugar cane. During this time the old creek was diverted to its new alignment and this can be seen in the above aerial photograph. The mango trees were planted about 16 years ago.
The northern half of the property has been cleared for cattle and the treed area to the north east is regrowth.
There is fencing around the cleared pastures and the area of trees. There is no current fencing around the external boundary of the mango trees in the south.
